Out of curiousity, I was wondering how many people ever trained their fishing here:

I've done it a few times, but I really like it due to the fact of revs.

It's a lot faster to go to Catherby, Shilo Village or Barbarian Fishing. If you're Freeplay, it's a lot easier to go to Barbarian Village.

I don't understand why anyone would do this. There's an unlimited supply of fish in each spot. It's not like it's drained of ore or is chopped down. There's no competition with other people, so there's no point training in the Wilderness unless you're a severe loner.

Not really, I'm not a big fisher and I simply can't stand Revenants.

Explorer ring 3 at Karijma is faster banking, fly fishing is better exp so no point. I did try it though.

Then i actually did it alot. No one would really pk me as i had nothing on me. I stopped when the revs came...i kept dying from them

I never trained fishing in the wilderness, and I don't see why you would want to. Even if you were FTP, I still think that Karamja would be much better.

That used to be a meeting place for a small clan I was in. We didn't do it for the training aspect, but to leave a man or two behind just fishing and cooking so the fighters didn't have to travel all the way to Edgeville to grab food.

I used to go there frequently while F2P pking, because I usually run out of food . But now not anymore, since pking was removed :\.

It's a good way to get food if you want to train at the greater demons out there in F2p. Otherwise, it serves little purpose. I myself have tried it once, but found that the xp from greaters wasn't worth the stress of having to watch for revenants.

I train there every time I get a pair of fishing brawlers from pvp. Using them in the wild on a pvp world gives me x4 the fishing exp that I'd usually get.

actually if you fish on a low populated pvp world and use the wilderness obilisk teleport to bank at bh it is much faster than karamja.
