That was win. It may just have convinced me to do something with this one i got free in the post and had to format 50 times before i could use it.
Really though, do that. There are lots of sites that offer them, but i assume you just want one. Unless you wanted 25, in which case this could be useful:

What do you mean by Custom USB? Like, with a different shell? Or custom sizes?

I just made a dual thumbdrive with two and some electrical tape, it doesn't involve any modding/soldering. You could even laminate some construction paper to make a case
What did you have in mind?

I said that in my post. Try looking closely at what other people say as well...
OP, have you made up your mind about anything? I think we've done pretty much all we can.

Lol, the different shells are funny, did you see the shoe?
If you are going to do this, be sure you dont really need it.

It's not hard to change the case on a thumb drive, and as long as you're careful not to stab the circuitry too violently, it'll work as well as ever.
For example:
-A lego brick
-Fake thumb (rimshot)
-Really thick pen (rimshot)
-Toothbrush (what a combination...)
...Or just anything inconspicuous.

I know some suggestions:
-a fake foot (the biggest toe for the stick)
-an eraser
-the best.. a blackboard..
-Back of your phone with a special cover for it
-On a pc
-A football (For those who LOVE football..)
-A piece of C4 (lol..)
-a friend of you whihc wants it
