I'm in need of a free program that I can write piano music on. Does anybody know of one? Thank you in advance.

You could try PowerTab.
I personally use guitar pro (which also includes piano and such) for any scores.

But to be honest nothing free is going to have anything on things you pay for. I would have recommended Magix Music Maker or Sibelius.

I use Finale Notepad. (Just google it)
