Hey guys! I got a PSP 3000 5.02 and I wanna do some fun stuff like use it as a wireless controller or get custom firmware on it. Unfortunately custom firmware is impossible for now so that makes me unable to do a lot of fun stuff. You guys got any ideas of what I can do? Without the risk of bricking it? Thanks.

You can't do anything fun without CFW, and thats a no no with 3000 D:
Well with official stuff, use it to skype, watch movies, music, internet radio, and internet, and thats pretty much the "cool" stuff.

I was afraid of that... Is there ANY fun stuff to do that you know, involves third party stuffs.

Unless its browser based (of which I know none), no 3rd party apps w/o cfw.

It's probably not worth it. It's very hard to find in stores, over $100 on Ebay (Might as well buy a 1000 or 2000), and the most advanced thing it has so far R-type 2, not even Os, but a straight game that looks horrid.

Wow! Gripshift creators getting rich much? Arg oh well, if only Dark Alex can create his own UMD to load custom firmware.
