Does anyone know a good program to make gifs? preferably a FREE program
The best programme (which i also use) is GIMP. Its free and its good for other editing..
Just open what PNG file you want to convert with gimp. Then press save as > GIF file> it wil ask you to export > click yes and it's done. Very reliable
