I'm pretty sure they will have a running page saying 'coming soon' on http://mechscape.com/ when it's getting close to beta.

It could come out any day, really. Even though it's probably not likely that the game will come out tomorrow, it's still a possibility. I would honestly expect it to be released sometime around late April. I have no particular reason why, but um...

I was in Mod MMG's clan chat today, and someone was saying it would be released on Friday at 6:30 GMT. This could be a complete lie, or it could be true. I'm not sure.

Mod MMG has also been saying in his clan chat that it definitely won't be out until it's ready. He's also saying there will be a Beta for RuneScape members before it's released, so it can't come out anytime soon. I can't access mechscapeworld.com's forums right now, I think their servers are down or something, so I can't get the pictures that prove that he said that, but I'll post them tomorrow. I should be able to get them then...

Apparently, there was some Jagex Moderator that logged into 'Mechscape 4'. So I am assuming that they are doing final checks before they release it.
