So i was on the Smithing Calculator and i started getting confused.




Now for the Red circle. thats the amount of exp you get for making the bar at furnance, right?

But what about the second circle (black)? is that the amout for making a Steel Platebody? or for making a dagger/axe/mace?

and what about the 3rd circle (blue)? is it the amount of exp you make for a bar, PLUS the Dagger?

I am really having trouble with this.

Smelt = xp for making a bar

Smith = xp for using a bar

If you're making a platebody, then you'd be using 5 times what is in smith.

The red circle is the exp for making one steel bar in the furnace. The black circle is the exp you get per steel bar when you make something on the anvil. The exp per bar is always the same so it doesnt matter what you make. The blue circle is the exp to smith the steel bar in the furnace and then make it into something on the anvil.

so if i used platebodies i would be using 37*5?? but what is the 37 for? is it exp for a dagger, or making a bar? cuz one bar is 17.5. exp.

17.5 is for using ores on a furnace.

37 is for using a bar on an anvil. So if you're making a platebody, you are using 37 x 5 (which is 185).

when u make a item say x out of 1 bar it gives u ...say 10xp
when u make a item say y out of 2 bar it gives u ...say 20xp
when u make a item say z out of 3 bar it gives u ...say 30xp
so this leaves us wid the answer tht from 1 bar u get 10xp no matter wat u make
