I wanted to know the following questions:

1) What is the best Hypercam/Video Cam to use to make RS videos?

2) If you make videos, What do you use?

hypercam2 and to edit i use sony vegas 8.0 pro

but the best thing probably to make rs videos are either camtasia or fraps

i dont know what fraps are but i heard there good.

i prefer camasta but u can use gamecam

1) Either Hypercam 2, or Camtasia (sp.?)
2) I don't really understand what you mean...but to edit a video, use something like Sony Vegas 8.0. Great for edting.
