I love Seren and Marimbo.
Which ever god items look best with my current look 
Well it is a pixel god but my gravestone is Armadyl. I also like Elidnis.
Guthix, because who doesn't like the most powerful currant god in runescape!
Saradomin! 
Saradomin - because he beats the crap out of Zamorak (who is evil n' stuff)
Bandos - Because everyone knows it's a joke to like a crappy God such as Bandos

I haven't got time to have a favourite fictional god but at the top of my mind, guthix cos he seems cool. 
Jesus and TechnoViking. And maybe Armadyl.
