Is there any Linux distributors that are similar to Presto?

As in, installing it within Windows, but not requiring partitioning my hard drive? I've been looking, but haven't seen any, and Presto won't work on my tower computer. If anyone knows how to make it work, that would be GREAT!

Wubi does it

Portable Ubuntu is really handy, but i dont think its any way to transfer files to it, its just the bar and some apps with it, can you install apps on it too?
I got it from another forum talking about portable Linux programs.
Its small enough to have on a good memory stick, but its at 1.89GB

I also want to try Wubi, do i just install it to C?
