I was wondering is a Radeon xpress 1300 graphics card would work for runescape hd, would it be laggy?

I already got it so ill try it out,i was just wondering because the card comparisons it said xpress was below minimum but it didn't list 1300 whitch i got

Anything under a Geforce 7600 will run like crap in HD
