Introduction:
Spoiler: Click to Toggle the Spoiler.

Not even the elders of my people remember the days before Father Isaiah. Father Isaiah just appeared one day, preaching his word to all who would listen. Ten years later, he has followers. People who will kill themselves for the cause of “purification”. They start out as humans, dwarves and elves, but… when they finish they become a new race, a race that is capable of wiping out anything Father Isaiah wants it to. Naturally, when their brothers are being changed this drastically, people protest. My father is the head of this rebel group; he created it because we are the ones being chased and purified. We are vampires.
Well, that was the past. Now we have risen, we have created a new dawn. My father was responsible for the downfall of the tyrant, so shouldn’t we be rising? But another tyrant has risen in our place; this one in many places. It seems we have no allies these days… Even I am second-guessing whether what we’re doing here is right; we’ve had to turn to horrible things in order to survive. Our fiercest enemies have become our fiercest allies, and those who we could before never think of looking upon we practically worship. Things have changed lately, and they’re definitely not as certain as they used to be…
~Excerpt from the Diary of Lok

History:
Spoiler: Click to Toggle the Spoiler.

The discovery of the elves by the humans has been predicted to of occured somewhere around the year 3000, which sparked the first Great War. The humans believed the elves were barbarians because they still lived in what seemed to the humans to be poverty because of their lack of technology. The elves, however, believed the humans were subelf because of their complete lacking of magical powers. This war continued on for sometime, and during the course of it all, other races began appearing. However, by this time, there was so much interspecies relations between humans and elves that the elves had begun to catch up to the humans in technology, and the humans had gotten a firm grasp on the secrets of magic. As a result, a temporary peace fell over the land as each race learned just how big their world was. Then came the appearance of Vampires. Vampires had been demonized and talked of in many different races; as a result, most of the races simply put up with them. So, when Father Isaiah came and urged the other races to exterminate the vampires, the mosters, most people just turned to other cheek.

The Kanzen Faction:
Spoiler: Click to Toggle the Spoiler.

After the defeat of Father Isaiah, the Kanzen has changed leadership, although whoever it is, they seemed determined to be anonymous. While their true motives remain unknown, they have sided with the vampires for the time being, and have equipped them with food, water, and weapons. Only Kanzen and Humans can join this Faction.

The Vampire Faction:
Spoiler: Click to Toggle the Spoiler.

The Vampire Faction has also changed leadership, although now the leadership has changed to the human-hating Blaine Scythe. While there is always that tinge of resentment when the name of a human is mentioned in Blaine’s present, his prejudice doesn’t seem to affect his judgment as of yet. Those humans who have consistently performed well are still advancing throughout the Vampiric army, and no humans have not been kicked out of the army, although there are rumors floating around that the only reason this has not been happening was because of the influence of Cain’s son, Lok.

The Silent Blade
Spoiler: Click to Toggle the Spoiler.

Through the influence of the Silent Blade (previously known as Peace Through War), the Kanzen and the Vampires were broken apart. Now, with their leader Jin, the elven military captain, the Silent Blade works to maintain its control over the elven nations; something that they plan to do by removing the “Mutants” that plague their land from existence.

The Gladiator Company
Spoiler: Click to Toggle the Spoiler.

A company of Dwarves that want this war to keep going forever. They have gained a considerable amount of influence with the downfall of the Vampire and Kanzen, and they work in conjunction with The Silent Blade, for their own means. They have not forgotten their humble roots, however, and tend to do anything possible to help dwarves down on their luck out. They are the main suppliers of pro-elves, and they also do some backwards dealing with the vampires.

Children of Gabriel
Spoiler: Click to Toggle the Spoiler.

An ancient Vampiric cult from the time before Father Isaiah. Each member in the cult placed a spell on themselves that made them rest for one-thousand years, gathering their magic pontency to extremely high levels in the process. While almost every member of the cult was killed, either by their resting place being destroyed or the magic running through them being too great, several others survived. Now, they either wait in darkness for their time to come, or they actively campaign against Father Isaiah. But now, since the priest has gone into hiding, they do their best to help the vampires rise to power again.

The Voices of Reason
Spoiler: Click to Toggle the Spoiler.

This pro-Father Isaiah group is made up of those who were much to skilled and powerful to become Kanzen. They have gone through the most intense training of any other member of Father Isaiah\'s army, and usually fight secretly. When a member of the Voices is killed, the rest of them will hunt the offender down, and kill him. So far, only two members of the Voices have ever been killed, and a total of sixty-five vampires were killed in retaliation. Not a group that people tend to mess with.

Races:
Spoiler: Click to Toggle the Spoiler.

Humans: Humans have no home nation, and they are spread out everywhere except in the most remote of locations. As a result, they come in all shapes and sizes, from Orc size to dwarf size. This can be both a blessing and a curse, for it means that they are highly versatile, and have the ability to adapt to anything. They also have a natural insight for technology, and they can build anything they want within moments.
Advantages: Humans can adapt easily to anything, and they are the most technologically gifted.
Disadvantages: None.

Kanzen: Kanzen are covered, from head to toe, in gold armor. There is a blue, glowing ring in the middle of their chests with a number from 2-10 on it, signaling what squad they’re in. The Kanzen with the 1 on its chest is the only one of its squad; it’s also the only one that speaks to people who are not Kanzen.
Advantages: The strongest of all the races, and fairly versatile.
Disadvantages: You can only talk to other Kanzen, and not much creative license with them.

Vampires: Vampires are the most agile of the races, dodging almost anything thrown at them. In fact, it is rumored that you need magic to even touch a vampire. They tend to be taller and more muscled than most humans, and that is the only way you can tell a vampire apart from a human. That and their purple eyes.
DISCLAIMER: Vampires are not afraid of the sun, garlic, or wooden stakes.
Advantages: Fastest of the races, fairly strong.
Disadvantages: Can’t take too many direct hits, extremely vulnerable to magic.

Elves: Not much is known about these mysterious creatures; they tend to separate themselves from the rest of society in mountains, deserts, and forests. Some people say they are hiding the Magic Life Source somewhere among them, after all, they are all incredibly gifted with magical powers. Others say they hide because they are as fragile as leaves and one bullet from a gun could kill them. Recently however, they have proven this stereotype to be false as they poke their heads out of the dark.
Advantages: Stealthy, Magically Gifted
Disadvatages: Fragile

Orcs: Orcs have long evolved from their war-obsessed ancestors. They have studied long and hard to make themselves a race full of wisdom, but their ancestors have not been forgotten. Orcs are the most durable race, it is all but impossible to kill one without it knowing of your intentions. So, most other races tend to leave Orcs alone, in order to not incite their rage.
Adcantages: Durable, Smart
Disadvantages: Slow, Not Stealthy at All, Cannot turn into Vampires or Kanzen

Dwarves: Dwarven children take an incredibly long time to mature and become adults, and they are incredibly fragile while children. So, Dwarven adults tend to stay out of matters unless their children are affected, then the rage of 500, 200 lbs bundles of muscle is invoked, and those standing against it will most likely be crushed.
Advantages: Fast, Strong
Disadvantages: Magically Challenged, not very smart

Mutants: Mutants are Elves that have ceased being Elves; they are shunned and hated by all races just the same. As a result, Mutants have become one man armies, slaughtering armies of Kanzen and Vampires alike in revenge for what has been done to them. They carry hundreds of special Resurrection knives with them, making it almost impossible to kill a Mutant without an element of surprise. Some mutants join the causes of either Father Isaiah or Cain, and so they hide themselves in special robe and armor. Sometimes they try to become Kanzen or Vampires to escape their fate, but it often fails, and the leader of each group make sure the mutants die a very slow death. Mutants do have a very glaring weakness though, and this weakness is fire. As a result, Mutants normally live in swamps or underneath cities in cities of their own, and build shelters out of non-flammable materials.
Advantages: Powerhouses, almost impossible to kill
Disadvantages: Everyone hates you, no magic.

Werewolves: Werewolves are the result of a failed cure of vampirism. Dr. Madison, creator of the failed cure, believes he has succeeded in creating this new race in order to exterminate the vampires, and has brought the majority of his creations in his cult, location unknown. Only a few strong-willed werewolves have managed to escape the grasp of Dr. Madison, and they are spread throughout the country, normally in special task forces or wreaking havok on their own.
Advantages: Strong, fast, durable.
Disadvantages: Becoming a werewolf takes a while, so it cannot be done in the heat of battle, and once a werewolf, you can only remain so for 10 hours, after which you will have to rest at least 2 hours before becoming a werewolf again.

Weaponry:
Spoiler: Click to Toggle the Spoiler.

Kanzen:
Spoiler: Click to Toggle the Spoiler.

All Kanzen have the same weaponry, with the exception of the First Kanzen. The first Kanzen has a large staff with thousands of blades on strings attached to it. His favorite method of killing people with it is spinning it around at very high speeds, then tossing or swinging it at a vampire. Because of the high speed spinning, the vampires have no room to dodge, and they are ripped apart by the extremely sharp blades. He carries no long-range weapons, not because he doesn’t have them, but because he enjoys killing with his blade staff too much to use any other weapon. All other Kanzen have a Gatling gun loaded with tiny explosives that explode when they are coated in vampire blood. Occasionally, when the battlefield is in a swamp, the censors get confused and explode too early, resulting in allied casualties for the Kanzen. For close range, the Kanzen have lightweight halberds that cut through anything they touch.

[Close]

Vampires:
Spoiler: Click to Toggle the Spoiler.

For the most part, Vampires carry simple, 20th or 21st century weaponry; however, their claws are always coated before battle in a powerful poison that can rip through any armor, most notably, Kanzen armor. Their fangs can prove to be effective weaponry against races other than Kanzen because after a while, the bitten may become incredibly diseased. Vampires have an antidote for this disease that they will willingly give to you, but the antidote steadily turns you into a vampire yourself.

[Close]

Humans:
Spoiler: Click to Toggle the Spoiler.

Humans have never given up their medieval and modern weapons, so not much has changed as far as this goes, but they have done an incredible amount of research into their explosives. In fact, Big Ben, mankind’s greatest weapon, has the explosive force to blow up the continent of Artinia. Normal human soldiers are known to have land mines that will only explode when they sense a certain person’s DNA, winged grenades that will fly for a great distance, only exploding when they discover an enemy base, and rocket launchers the size of pistols with twice the force.

[Close]

Elves:
Spoiler: Click to Toggle the Spoiler.

The only weaponry Elves make for themselves is a knife that every Elven soldier carries. This knife glows when a soldier is in distress, and changes into a carbon copy of the soldier after he dies, copying everything but the soldiers injuries into a brand new body. Only a few Elves dare to carry more than one because when a body is copied more than once, it begins to change a perfectly healthy Elf into a Mutant, a being devoid of all magic. The main weaponry of the Elves is an assortment of magics, which you should state in your application.

[Close]

Dwarves:
Spoiler: Click to Toggle the Spoiler.

Dwarves are masters in close range weaponry, with every type of sword and axe you could imagine at their disposal, but they tend to favor a double-edged, double layered sword produced by Gladiator Smithing Company. There is a jewel-encrusted handle on the bottom, then the bottom splits into two separate blades, both of which are full sized swords. As far as long range weaponry goes, the Dwarves have declared throwing rocks a viable strategy no longer, and tend to buy their guns from the Vampires.

[Close]

Orcs:
Spoiler: Click to Toggle the Spoiler.

Orcs aren’t known for their weaponry. In fact, their main assault rifle, creatively named the Orc Launcher, has trouble killing Elves at point-blank range. As a result, most legendary Orc warriors have weapons from the other races, mostly vampires and humans.

[Close]

Mutants:
Spoiler: Click to Toggle the Spoiler.

Being secluded for such a long time, Mutants have had a very long time to work on their weapons. Mutants cannot use any other weapons other than Mutant Weaponry because it mucks up so incredibly quickly that it\\\'s hard to even get a shot off. Mutants have done a fairly good job in developing guns and other long-range weaponry, but the only close-range weaponry they could create is swords.

Armor:
Spoiler: Click to Toggle the Spoiler.

Kanzen
Spoiler: Click to Toggle the Spoiler.

The Kanzen share the same armor, which is the a gold, shining plate body that bullets have much trouble piercing. There is a shining, blue circle in the middle of their chests with their squad number on it. Their helms seem to be the only part of the Kanzen experience that allows you to keep your individuality; as a result, most Kanzen helms are large and lavish.

[Close]

Vampires:
Spoiler: Click to Toggle the Spoiler.

Vampires do not limit themselves with armor or protection; they realize that their greatest advantage is their speed and that wearing armor would hinder it. Vampire nobles do occasionally carry thin, razor-sharp leather shields with their house symbol plastered on the center of it.

[Close]

Humans:
Spoiler: Click to Toggle the Spoiler.

Humans, with their large amount of buying power, usually buy Dwarven Armor for money or maybe the occasional explosive.

[Close]

Dwarves:
Spoiler: Click to Toggle the Spoiler.

Dwarves are the leading producer of armor, and they make everything from plate bodies to combat suits. Most Dwarves favor an armor made from a rare crystal retrieved from deep inside the Dwarven Tunnels. This crystal glows with an eerie light, and even has the power to repel bullets and weapons with ease. Dwarves find themselves constantly replacing this crystal however, because it degrades if not taken care of. In fact, if it degrades completely, it may become no more effective than a plastic grocery bag, and, occasionally, it is known to betray its owners and compress so quickly, that the bones of the Dwarven soldier trapped inside can shatter in an instant.

[Close]

Orcs:
Spoiler: Click to Toggle the Spoiler.

What the Orcs lack in weaponry, they make up for in armor. Because of the sheer strength of Orcs, they can wear up to seven layers of armor at a time, making them moving fortresses that cannot be killed by even a squad of Kanzen. The only weakness on Orc armor is a small hole on the neck. After all, even Orcs need to breathe.

[Close]

Mutants:
Spoiler: Click to Toggle the Spoiler.

Mutant armor is generally made out a unique metal called Rinthium, which proves to be very effective against Kanzen attacks, but does not stop vampiric attacks at all. So, undercover Mutants fighting in the war tend to fight on the vampire side, which generally asks less questions about who they are.

Cain IC (All Vampires start here, Pro-Vampires should if you're actively fighting with them):

Cain was pacing back and forth, muttering under his breath, and occasionally running his hands through his long, white hair, as if to comfort himself. He paused for a moment and turned to the thousands of vampires watching him intently. "Brothers!" He callled out to them. "Twenty more of us lie dead in the desert because of Father Isaiah's Kanzen. We cannot allow this to happen any longer. We must attack his army wearing the cloak of night; he will never see us when we attack. We will leave in three weeks. I expect all business you have amongst yourselves and others to be finished up by the end of those three weeks, or you are fighting alone."

At the end of his speech, Cain walked out of the conference room and into his personal weapons room, withdrawing the hard-earned Kanzen Gun he got from the real First Kanzen. That boy didn't know what had happened to his predecessors before him, but he could be educated quickly. After a moment's thought, he retrieved a piece of paper from a drawer, and began to write a short notice.

~Notice to all promising Vampires, and those sympathetic to our cause. I require 3 warriors to help capture the First Kanzen, alive. Seek me out if you are interested, but prepare to be tested.~

He went back out into the Conference Room and put it on the display table there. I wonder how many of our Vampires are worthy enough to capture a Kanzen?

Father Isaiah IC (No one starts here):

For the first time in a few months, Father Isaiah was smiling. One of his Kanzen stumbled into Vampire territory and managed to take 20 of the despicable creatures with him. Well... it's a start at least. "Come in," he called out to the First Kanzen who was standing at the door. With a slightly amused look on his face, the First Kanzen entered.

"My lord," the Kanzen acknowledged.

"Ahh, just who I wanted to see." Father Isaiah said, still smiling. "What is it?"

"Three more humans have decided to turn into Kanzen today." The First Kanzen said quickly, looking at the floor as he said it.

"Look me in the face while you're talking, boy." Father Isaiah's smile fell quickly.

"I'm sorry, my lord." he said, looking Father Isaiah in the face.

After three minutes of silence, Father Isaiah's smile returned. "It's okay, my boy. Just get those humans turned. You didn't forget how to... right?"

The First Kanzen shook his head violently. "No, not at all sir." he ran out of Father's Isaiah's room as fast as he could move without running or seeming to be in a hurry. Father Isaiah turned back to his work.

OoC: Bonzai, you can be the leader of the sect unless you want me to make you a leader.
Buland
IC: Blaine sat quietly in his bed, stretching his legs and massaging his thighs. There were a great deal of Vampires gathered around outside in the Conference Hall. But Blaine was least interested in the bickering between the Humans and Vampires. He was, however, more interested in getting to see the blood of a Human. And it was that interest which coincided with the other Vampires' grudge against Father Isaiah's preachings. It, indirectly, had Blaine against the preachings, although he didn't really care what he was doing, as long as it involved killing the most violent race on Earth.

"Brothers!" Blaine was able to hear the loud voice of Cain, their leader, entering his room.

Blaine was rather interested in the short speech and was delighted that they had planned another assault at the Humans. He got up from his bed and left his room, entering the Conference Hall which was now filled with Vampires trying to get out. One of Blaine's good habits was to always check the noticeboard as soon as he left his room. He would then go to the mess hall and grab himself a quick snack. As he neared the noticeboard, he was able to see something interesting written on it. That drew him nearer to the board even faster, and this time Blaine read clearly the words written.

~Notice to all promising Vampires, and those sympathetic to our cause, I require 3 warriors to help capture the First Kanzen, alive. Seek me out if you are interested, but prepare to be tested~

He needs me to get a Kanzen!? Whenever missions were assigned on the board for all the Vampires, Blaine always considered them to be direct orders from Cain for himself. He always thought for himself and never for the team, thus, he was not so popular amongst his own kin. His selfishness and one man army policy had him being scolded by Cain several times and occasionally beaten by a group of frustrated Vampires. Blaine would then go to the nearest brothel to calm his nerves.

The death of the twenty Vampires in the desert was, indirectly, Blaine's fault. If Blaine had stuck to the plan at hand, fewer lives would have been lost, let alone none. But Blaine chose to abandon his team and head out for the nearest village with Humans; he did not bother attacking Kanzen. Although Blaine had been successful in raiding and looting the entire village, the rest of the Vampires had an ill-fortune.

And yet, Cain still wants me to go after Kanzen! Doesn't he realise that the Human are more important! Blaine sighed with disappointment, but he knew he had to accept the offer. For every opportunity to get out of their hideout, was an opportunity to see Human blood.

Lars stayed away from the groups of vampires for he might fight with them some saw him as the other humans of Father Isaiah 's followers. Lars walked to the noticeboard avoiding the eyes of some of the vampires who hated humans. Lars the walked to the board and saw the post and thought to himself. "This may be my chance to show that I fight along side them against the rest."

He then walked away from the rest and then deiced it would be best to try. So he grabbed his gun and all his ammo and his hand grabbed his sword and he thought for a second. "Should I take this with me? It was given to me by Father Isaiah himself, but it is a good sword and it has never failed." He then grabbed and attached the hilt to his belt and walked to find Cain and prove himself.

No, you don't have to do history... I added a new part to the app (Factions), so just tell us what Faction you follow before ICing and you're in.

Cain IC:

Cain was waiting in his personal headquarters for the two people he knew would come walking in his door, sooner or later. He smiled briefly as he thought of the two. They were an odd team, but they were two of the most promising warriors he had at his disposal. They would be able to capture the First Kanzen without too much difficulty... that is, if they didn't kill each other first.

First Kanzen IC:

The First Kanzen was sizing the three humans who wanted to be Kanzen up. The first one was tall and lanky, the second one was short and chubby, and the third had nothing special about him to not. Great, the First Kanzen thought to himself. Three failures. Father Isaiah is going to kill me if they mess this up... Before any of them could move or even blink, the First Kanzen snatched a handgun from his pocket, shooting all three of the humans on their necks. They flinched and grabbed at their necks, desperately trying to rip off the explosives that were burrowing into their skin. "Those are explosive spiders that will lie dormant beneath your skin. Either myself or Father Isaiah can detonate these spiders at any time we please, so if you do not follow our exact orders, you are dead men. Understand?"

The three humans stopped touching the explosives and shook their heads so hard the First Kanzen thought they might fall off.

"The first stage of becoming a Kanzen is learning to follow orders." he threw a heavy book at the tall one's face, where it implanted itself into his mouth. "That book is full of chores Father Isaiah wants completed by noon tomorrow. If they are not done, or if they are not done completely, all three of you will die. Meet me back here by 1:00 tomorrow, one hour after the chores are completed. I'm sure you know by now what will happen if you're late." The humans nodded. "Begin."

IC: As Blaine was heading to the mess hall his eyes caught a glimpse of a Human. Blaine always grew restless whenever he spotted a Human. He swiftly turned around and, to his relief, saw only Lars Lanceston. Lars was the only Human Blaine had learned to spare. Despite the anticipation, Blaine knew he shouldn't attack Lars, because that would result in him being beaten by Cain. Looking at Lars, Blaine was always reminded of the way his parents were crucified. He was only a child when he saw them die. The Humans had tortured his parents to death, and had forced Blaine into watching them go as a punishment. However, Blaine was rescued by Cain's Vampires when he reached the age of 15.

Blaine's hands twitched. He wanted to kill Lars, but he couldn't. Well, the first reason not to would be that it was against Cain's rules. Also, Blaine knew that Lars was two years older than he was, that gave the Human the age advantage in a fight. However, Blaine was a Vampire, which gave him some advantage over the Human. But, for all he knew, whenever the two would engage in a fight, it will end up in a bloody mess. And Blaine did not want to take the risk in finding out.

He saw Lars entering the corridor which led to Cain's office. Ignoring the Human, Blaine picked up a bag of chips from the mess hall and went back to his room. Taking a deep breath, Blaine reached for his Remington 1100 Shotgun from under his bed and produced a pair of Black Claws from his side table drawer. Keeping the weapons out of sight, except for the Shotgun, Blaine quickly trotted toward Cain's office. Why must the Human also side with us!? Blaine would frequently flare with frustration upon being reminded of the Human who was on their side. He would punch a nearby wall or stomp on the ground if there wasn't any wall in sight, to calm himself down.

Lars walked to the door to Cain's personal headquarters and knocked and then entered with a little bow and said. "Greetings Cain, I saw your add on the notice board and thought that job I must do. I was there, I've seen the first Kanzen, I know the corridors and hallways, and I know most of the battle plans. This may be my one shot to prove to the vampires that I'm on there side."

Cain IC:

"Lars Lanceston and Blaine Scythe. I'm glad to see you both took the bait and showed up. I realize the two of you might have some problems with working together, and I expect you to work out any of these problems amongst the two of you before we capture the First Kanzen. But now, you need to know the specifics of our mission." Cain pressed a button on the arm of his chair, and a large TV screen came down from the ceiling. "Now, I am currently tied up with Father Isaiah at the moment, so I will be able to train you for this misson, but not accompany you on it. I suggest neither of you do anything you might regret," Cain paused, shooting a glare at Blaine, "because punishments will be swift and severe when you show yourselves around here again. The First Kanzen is currently converting three humans into Kanzen as we speak. Our intellegence tells us that the process takes one week, and during the first day of this week, small, metal, explosive spiders are implanted inside of the their necks, which can be triggered by Father Isaiah or the First Kanzen. Now, as for your objectives: Firstly, I want the First Kanzen captured alive and brought back to me. I do not want him harmed in any way. Secondly, I want the three humans he is training killed as quickly as possible. Finally, I want this," Cain tossed the object in question to Lars, "planted in the room where the First Kanzen sleeps. Make sure it is somewhere where it will not be found for six full hours; that will be adequate enough time to allow its magic to kick in. Is all of this clear, or does any of it need to be repeated?"

Father Isaiah IC:

The vampires were being a bit too quiet lately, and Father Isaiah knew that they were planning another of their tricks. He knew now that they would go after his First Kanzen again, most likely kill him again. I'm ready now, Father Isaiah thought to himself as he withdrew a vial filled with a strange liquid from his drawer. He stared at it for a few moments, kissing it before he replaced it. I'm ready now.

The First Kanzen IC:
The three humans had managed to complete their chores with two hours to spare, and they had spent their free time sleeping, a better choice than he had assumed they would make. The First Kanzen snorted. They may have a future as maids around here... They right on time, the three of them fully dressed and looking much more impressive then the previous day. He supposed the knowledge that they would die the moment they faltered was a good motivator. "Most of the recruits who came here before spent the hour inbetween finishing the chores that they didn't manage to finish. Luckily for you, Father Isaiah found not one thing wrong with your jobs. You spent your free time sleeping, which was a wise choice." he snapped his fingers, and an unarmed vampire came rushing out. "After all, it's always good to fight for your life after you've had a good night's sleep; isn't it, boys?"
Trump Card
"Yes Cain, I'll do it, but I must ask two questions first." Lars said as he leaned against the wall. "One why do we need to kill the three apprentices? I know if they may be a threat to our operation, but if I can convince them to leave and find a way to remove the explosives. Two what does this device do?"
Buland
IC: "Do we need a reason to kill a Human?" Blaine snapped at Lars, frustrated at having to stand beside, and work alongside, the evil race. "If you ask me, you must be working for the Humans!" Blaine tried cooling himself down, then he glared at Cain. "Cain," He said, calling his leader by the name. "Let me get rid of those Humans for you, it will be a task I would most enjoy."
Trump Card
"Blaine tell me what would happen after you murder them? All the other humans look the other way? No, anyone close to the humans you kill will then swear there revenge and try to kill vampires, and when they triumph the vampires close to him swear revenge and the circle continues. It always will unless someone breaks that circle. And as for your comment about me working with the humans, do I need to answer? I came here with in a inch of my life because of Father Isaiah's plans and he knew that is was suicide for us, but he gave us the order anyway." Lars said as he continued to lean against the wall.
Buland
IC: "Which is why I am alive!" Blaine argued. "To end the cycle. I have already killed a village full of people, and three people won't be so hard. Unless, you have a problem with that?" Blaine gave an evil look at Lars, letting him know that he still believed the Human was working as an undercover agent for Father Isaiah.

OOC: *cough* Nachomamma *cough*

... lolcoolname... tongue.gif

OoC: *appears* You called?

Cain IC:

"Stop bickering like a couple of schoolchildren. You asked a question, so shut up and let me answer it. The humans need to die because by the time you two reach the First Kanzen, those three apprentices will be at the height of their training before they become a Kanzen; killing them will be no easy task. In this stage of their training, they are under Father Isaiah's complete control; they will be puppets at his command. If you do not kill them as soon as you see them, they will follow you back here and kill several of our brothers. Now, the device is a listening device that will burrow its way into Father Isaiah's personal headquarters that will self destruct the moment he spots it. This is why it is very important you two are out of the building before Father Isaiah sees this device, or there will be a slim chance you will come out alive." Cain watched the pair carefully, studying how they responded to this information. Getting up and strolling to a large trunk in the back of the room, Cain withdrew his own personal claws. Before either Lars or Blaine could blink, they were being thrown out the window and into the courtyard.
"Here's a question directed at the two of you: Can you work together to kill your leader before he kills you?"

The First Kanzen IC:

It was day three and the recruits were coming along superbly well. All of them had developed muscles faster than the First Kanzen ever thought possible. "I'm sure you will have no trouble taking on an unarmed vampire, am I right?" The three shook their heads and crouched into various battle positions as an unarmed vampire erupted out of the gates. He began attacking the shortest member of the three, signaling him out for a weakest link, but this proved to be a very dangerous mistake to make. The short one grabbed his head when he came near, and snapped his neck without displaying any effort at all, but the fight was not out of the vampire yet. It kicked the shortest in the face as hard as it could before baring its fangs and charging the tallest. The shortest shook himself off and got to the vampire before he could get to his target, pinning him down and punching the vampire until he fell unconcious. The three turned to their leader, waiting for more. Father Isaiah will be pleased with these three...
Trump Card
"I will not fight him. That is unless he tries to do something that is not part of the plan." Lars said as he let out a little smirk. "So when do I need to move to attack? I'm ready any time you are."
Nachomamma8
Cain IC:

Cain smiled widely. He tried not to show it, but he suspected he would enjoy teaching these two teamwork the old fashioned way. "From this moment on, I am your enemy. I will kill you in a heartbeat; I expect you to do the same." Cain charged so fast at the human that it looked like he teleported there, grabbing his neck and slamming him into the ground as hard as he could when he got there. Before his vampiric teammate could respond or even smile, he too was given a place beside Lars on the floor. Cain slid his claws over his hands, testing out a few various swipes and swings before charging at the two again.
Trump Card
Lars quickly spun to his feet and grabbed his sword and said. "Fighting is the easy part working with him is going to be like trying to put out a fire with dried leaves." Lars then spun his sword around to stop Cain from charging.
Nachomamma8
IC:

"I wouldn't be so sure," Cain stated simply as his armed fist collided with Lars's jaw. "Now, why do you talk? I have already explained to you that I wish for you to fight... If this is how you fight, you have no chance against Father Isaiah and his Kanzen."
Trump Card
Lars fell to the ground, but quickly jumped back up holding his jaw for a second then he said. "Fine if you want to fight then, a fight you will get." Lars then pulled his gun out and pointed it at Cain.

Can I still join? I made an awesome app. I didn't use your app form, because I like this one better. People also seem to put more info in when they use this kind of app form. I did, however, include all of the info you wanted me to include.

Application: Isaac Eronfest is a human male who is from a small town in the west called Hont. Ever since he was young, Isaac has trained to battle every day. This is no easy training, either. It is extremely brutal. He would only stop after he was close to slipping into unconsciousness and would often leave with many cuts and bruises, and a lot of them turned into scars. This training hardened him, though, and made him a very powerful warrior. One day, an army of about a hundred vampires invaded Hont, and a battle ensued between them and the denizens of Hont. When it was over, the town was completely destroyed, and many of the denizens were killed, including all of Isaac's family. All the survivors had to move on to other towns in order to survive, since the town was destroyed, but Isaac split off from that group. After that he became a wanderer, moving on to different places and continuing his harsh training, but he also trained his mind, which made him wise and moral, and it also helped him to develope a defense against magic. He went on a quest to seek vengeance for his bretheren of Hont and his family and ended up killing an important military leader for the vampires. This ended up quenching his thirst for vengeance, and he no longer held a grudge against the vampires. Since then he became a mercenary, fighting for anyone who'd pay him the most, and he slowly gained recognition and glory. He would not, however, fight for anyone who had dishonorable intentions. That is why he will not fight for the Kanzen, as he views their intention to wipe out the vampire race dishonorable. They have tried to employ him, but he has declined every offer. The vampires have yet to try to employ him, and he will not go to them, but he would work for them if they asked. Isaac (Who is 24) is tall and muscular with pale skin, and he has black hair, but no facial hair, which is slicked backwards, and he also has bright blue eyes. For weapons, he has a five foot long spear and a double edged sword whose blade gets thicker as it nears the point, then comes to a point. He also has a really big shield, which is technically a defense and not a weapon, but Isaac considers it a weapon. He's trained to use it as a weapon as well as a defense for every day of his life. And being hit with that large shield hurts. For armor, he has a helmet which completely covers his face, except for his eyes and a vertical section beneath his eyes that starts at the helmet's eyes slot and ends at the bottom edge of the helmet. He also has plate armor that covers his torso. All these weapons and armor are made from a special silvery blue metal that he's developed, which is durable and strong, and from a durable wood. He wears brown clothing, black leather boots and black leather gloves, and a red cloak. He battles using brute strength and power. He's wise, strong, powerful, moral, and bound eternally to his honor.

Accepted, welcome to the RP! It's good to see that you put such thought into your application.

Mr. Bone, I'd like to give Buland a day to respond before continuing Cain's IC...

For Scorpian, a starting point...

Father Isaiah IC:
"He... refused?" Father Isaiah was currently staring at a handwritten letter signed by Issac Eronfest. The mercenary had been one of the most competant humans he has seen thus far, his skills surpassing that of many Kanzen. In fact, Father Isaiah had offered a sum of over a thousand kilograms of gold, an amount of money that no mercenary would ever dream of owning, no matter how good. His fist smashed against the table, almost breaking it. If Issac Eronfest has made a grave error in refusing my invitation... a very grave error.

The First Kanzen IC:

Not happy about the training being interrupted, the First Kanzen stomped over to the personal office of Father Isaiah, only to see the normally calm man red-faced and holding a letter. The First Kanzen scanned the letter quickly, then awaited the Father's instructions, which came quickly. "Kill him."
The First Kanzen felt like choking his leader, but instead, he took a deep breath. "Father, you know full well that I am in the middle of Kanzen training. In fact, I am in the middle of training the three most promising students in all of my years as a First Kanzen. I will not desert them now."
Father Isaiah sighed loudly, throwing a glare at the First Kanzen. "Very well. Send a Senior Officer to kill him then."
"Very well, Father."

Scorpion
Well, when I want to, I can make some really good character descriptions. Also, I'm not really sure how I could introduce my character at this point, so I'll wait a little.
Nachomamma8
Senior Officer IC:

A lone Kanzen was busy wandering the forest nearby Hont, where the human Issac Eronfest was seen by an anonymous informer last. He held his Kanzen Gun close to him; he had heard that this Eronfest character was an extremely dangerous mercenary who had killed a vampire military captain for apperantly no reason. Suddenly, he spotted the figure he assumed to be Isaac (the big shield was a dead giveaway), and his back was turned completely away from the Kanzen. Maybe... Maybe this mercenary will die without a fight. The Senior Officer aimed his gun carefully before pulling the trigger, launching hundreds of deadly explosives towards Isaac.
Scorpion
OoC: Just to let you know, it's Isaac, not Issac. K?

IC: Isaac was visiting his old home, Hont, which was now just old ruins. Ancient memories welled up inside him, but they were interrupted suddenly by the sound of a gun going off. Isaac quickly reacted and rolled along the ground out of the way. Then he jumped up and threw his spear at the offender, but he didn't look to see if it hit. Then he ran at the offender and made to slam into him, shield first.

OoC: I didn't know if you wanted me to kill the senior officer or even control him, otherwise I might've posted more.
Nachomamma8
OoC: He was created specifically for you to kill smile.gif

IC:
Soon after releasing his shots, the Kanzen was dismayed to see the mercenary easily dodge his shots and smash his armor with that huge shield of his. Somehow, this awakened a pent up anger in the Senior Officer, and he brought out his halberd, swinging it at Isaac with a furious look on his face.
The Man From Outer Space
!! Any idea where I can come in? I'll post an IC before I go sleepy time if anyone can come up with an idea, or if Nachomamma could do the honours...?
Nachomamma8
OoC: I can do the honors smile.gif

Father Isaiah IC:

I have to calm down; I have to plan more. After taking a breath, Father Isaiah picked up from a book from his personal library and slammed it on the table, leafing through the pages until he found another mercenary to hire for his plan.

~Honorable Mercenary, I require your services.

The mission I have planned for you is a simple one, but it requires the knowledge of what is right. Vampires are immoral and horrible beings who will kill have have killed thousands of innocent humans, elves, and dwarves; they kill carelessly because no one has had the bravery to kill them, but this has begun to change. I am Uru Isaiah, and I swore on my mother's life as well as my own that this will not continue. My father and my brother were killed by vampires; I am here to be sure yours will not suffer the same fate. I am offering you five hundred pounds of the purest gold for your services, and, if you succeed, plenty more will come. I will settle for nothing less then the death of all vampires, and I certainly have the funds to make such a thing happen. So please, help us save the world from this vampiric plague before the Great one has to.

Uru Isaiah, also known as Father Isaiah, revolutionary and preserver of peace.~

"Kanzen, come here." Father Isaiah called telepathically, tracking down the Kanzen closest to him. The Kanzen took the letter and hoisted the gold onto his back wordlessly, and began to seek out the mercenary on the letter.

OoC: That should do it... Just go ahead and IC as if the messenger already arrived.
Scorpion
Just as the shield made contact, the Kanzen was violently thrown backwards several feet onto his right side, being too preoccupied with the spear to notice Isaac had charged him and slammed him with his shield. While the Kanzen was trying to regain his senses, Isaac quickly hacked off his head with his sword. Then Isaac pointed his bloody sword in the air and yelled, "Is that the best you got, Kanzen scum!?"
Nachomamma8
Senior Kanzen IC:
The Elven knife the Senior Kanzen had in his pocket glowed with a fierce light, and a replica of the Senior Kanzen appeared on the battlefield. He drew his gun without even thinking about it, and opened up for the second time that day on the mercenary. His finger never left the trigger, and his eyes never moved from that despicable
mercenary's face. He will die this day, I swear on it.
Scorpion
OoC: Umm... Did the Kanzen fire at me, or is he just about to pull the trigger?
Nachomamma8
OoC: He's firing. I'd suggest dodging biggrin.gif
Scorpion
IC: Isaac smiled before he rolled out of the way. Then Isaac jumped up and threw his shield, like a flying disk, at the Kanzen. The surprised Kanzen was hit by it and staggered backwards, accidentally pulling the trigger and shooting a tree. Several branches fell out and hit Isaac, and he lost his senses for a moment. Then the Kanzen jumped up and took the opportunity to fire at Isaac. Isaac dodged just in time, grabbed up his spear, and threw it at the Kanzen, skewing him in the heart. The Kanzen fell to his knees, then fell flat on the ground and died.
The Man From Outer Space
OoC:
I really, really hope that the Hounorable mercenary Isaiah wrote to is me, or this post is going to be really wrong, and I'm going to feel waaay stupid. But considering it was posted directly after me, I'll take it as me....

IC:
Oktar grimaced as he read the note. Of all the factions, he hated the Kanzen the most. Their almost clone like resmeblence threw him for some reason. They were fighters, he did not deny that, but their tactics were all to similar. All that set aside, Five Hundred Pounds was a lot of worth. He thought about it again then decided it was the most appealing option. Peace Through War, or whatever they were called were only offering 90 Pounds. Though the Kanzen were dull, they certainly had funds were it counted. But he knew they would also ask much more of him. Turning away from this, Oktar withdrew his bow and ran his hands over it's smooth surface. Placing it down, he walked over to the table that occupied the better part of the room he was renting, which displayed a map of the immediate area. The gold the Kanzen had delivered sat on the floor beside him. It's not as if I had much choice... He glanced over the map, viewing it as best he possibly could, thinking of strategies and tactics that could help him. Essentially, this Isaiah man was recruiting him into the army, obviously to do things he didn't expect his own troops to do. The dirty work, so to speak. But as was the case with all mercenaries. With a large price, comes a large expectation. Hefting his newly aquired gold, he wandered down stairs to the bar, intent on shouting a few people and hopefully making some important freinds. After all, this was his way, as he mightn't ever get to get another payment if he died for the cause. He heaved the bag onto the counter and ordered several drinks for the people seated around him. One man who was sleeping woke up when the bartender slapped the drink in front of him.
"I didn't -"
The bartender pointed at Oktar and the drunk smiled.
"Ah, much appreciated my young freind."
He downed it with one gulp. He moved further down and sat down next to him. Others around him thanked him, while some remained unmoving and not accepting the drink. The bartender fished out several coins from the bag, showed Oktar, and he nodded. The bartender threw them under the counter, with the other money from that night. The drunk was fidgeting now, and Oktar remained calm and sat sipping his drink.
"Uhh... Listen. You ahh... got alot of money."
"Why yes I do. Funny you noticed that."
The drunk was even more akward now.
"Listen, I have a... I guess you could call it business, that isn't going to well right now."
"And what do you sell? Spit it out man."
"Weapons. But not normal weapons. Untrialled, untested but potentially worth more than an army itself."
Oktar slowly put down his drink, "And what, my tipsy friend, would they be?"
"Very strange guns. Very strange."
Obviously the man thought he had conned Oktar, and began to speak more quickly and loudly.
"Shut up you moron. Follow me."
The man shut his mouth and wandered up after Oktar grabbed his bag and returned to his room. Oktar shut the door.
"Now as you can see, I favour quieter weaponry, trusty old stuff. Guns have no real place in my weapons locker, but you say these are special?"
"Oh yes, guns beyond today's world, yet toys of the future."
Oktar raised an eyebrow.
"Stop speaking in God damn riddles, and tell me what they do. Better yet show me. I have a need for something for effective in open combat. You're business may have just picked up."
The man did not even attempt to hide his grin. Pulling open his jacket, several guns tumbled out onto the floor, and several other things too.
"This," he said indicating to a strange weapon, looking like a gun, but not hosting a magazine, "is one of the new ones. A prototype if you may. The ability to fire 100 rounds per second."
Oktar narrowed his eyes, "That's a mighty fine gun then."
The man pulled another cylinder from the floor.
"This, in your particular case, may be very useful. A silencer."
He screwed the silencer on the end of the gun, and aimed out the window at the street below. He merely tapped the trigger, and burst of about 10 bullets flew out."
Oktar jumped, expecting a bang, but there was little sound, but a tit-tit-tit.
"Ammo capabilities?!"
"No ammo required. As scientist gain more and more knowledge in the solar part of science, they unlock many things that they dont publicly release. Luckily, I have a freind in the military side of things that lends me a hand now and then."
The man appeared to have totally sobered up by now, and Oktar wondered if it was all an act.
"So, as long as it is left in the sunlight of about 2 hours a day, it can hold 100,000 shots. 100 clips."
"So how do the bullets renew themselves?"
"No bullets either. It fires an intense beam of heat several times a millisecond."
"Maybe later. What else have you got?"
The man seemed dissapointed, but he obviously intended to sell something.
"This, is a standard M4 Assault Rifle. Now I know you elves tend to be a little old fashoined when it comes to weaponry, but I think you'll find this a valuable asset to your armoury."
"Does it come with a silencer?"
"Of course."
"How much?"
"100 pounds of that bag."
Oktar frowned.
"That's quite a price my freind."
"That's quite a gun."
"I'll offer 90."
"90 it is."
Oktar sifted through the bag and withdrew almost one-fifth of it's encumberance.
"Go down and get some more drinks. I will have to think about this... New solar gun of yours."
The man's attitude suddenly got drunk again, and he nodded and stumbled out the door. Yep, definetly for show. He threw the newly purchased gun on the bed, and sat down beside it, inspecting it. He knew it was worth about 50, but as the man had said, he was going through hard times. Checking it over, the gun was in excellent condition, despite it's previous place of residence, inside the man's jacket. He fell back on his bed, and soon fell asleep.

OoC:
Lengthy, and pointless really. I was just bored. Also, I finished it there, because I wasn't sure about this gun I made up. It's very good, and I wanted to clear it with the boss before my purchasing of it.

OoC: Long is good. Long is excellent, and if you want to purchase the solar gun, you may. Several times a milisecond may be a bit much, though. Some overheating problem with the gun would be nice, though.

Father Isaiah IC:

Drumming his fingers on the table violently, Father Isaiah waited for the mercenary's response; 1000 additional pounds of gold waited in his office for the day thee mercenary would arrive. He had done his research on this man, and it seemed he had excellent battle tactics and it seemed he did not discriminate against factions like some mercenaries seemed to. Father Isaiah remembered the days he was a mercenary fondly, but it seemed like everything was changing these days. When all of these vampires are dead... I can take a break.

The First Kanzen IC:
Day 4. The First Kanzen's recruits were still alive; in fact, they were fighting in the Collesium. In fact, the three of them had to fight the Arena Champion tomorrow. It was remarkable; normally the renegade Orc managed to kill all who opposed him. Instead, Father Isaiah actually had to intervene before the Orc's throat was ripped out... Briefly, he wondered whether the three recruits were something other than human, but he pushed the thought out of his head before it could take any real roots. Tomorrow, all of this would be out of his hands for a while...

Cain IC:
Cain saw Blaine fall past the barrel of Lars's gun. "Stop! There is an attack on our camp!" What was actually very peaceful a moment before erupted into complete chaos. Humans, elves, and dwarves were charging the vampire's camp, all decorated with Father Isaiah's coat of arms. "Damn that man... I shall rip his throat out myself..." Cain growled. He turned and ran to the main gate, which was currently being smashed with a battering ram.
"Halt Cain, leader of the scum!" A young human called out, a bow drawn back and pointed at him. "You are the plague of the world; my arrows are the cure! Die!" the arrow whistled through the air as it flew directly towards Cain's head. Cain snatched it out of the air and broke it with one hand. "Pitiful. Lars, prove your worth to us! This man may've killed your comrade; seek out vengeance swiftly and deal it harshly."
The human began laughing. "Don't you think you need something a bit more powerful than that pitiful... thing?"
Cain whirled around and glared at the human. "You're right; siccing Lars on you would be like shooting a rabbit with a Kanzen Gun..." Cain grinned. "But I always loved overkill. Lars, you know what to do." Cain said as he turned his back completely to the human, running to the main gates and leaving the human in astonished silence.
Scorpion
I don't really know what to post now. It'd be easier for me if my char could meet up with another person's char and they join forces.

OoC: I'd suggest hooking up with the vampires and Lars as of this moment. There's a lot of commotion happening there at the moment, and the vampires could be close to the town of Hont, who knows? wink.gif
