MS paint. and what lack out tools O.o all you need is the pencil, the eyedropper, and the rectangle selection tool.

I would work on the wizard hats, as they are very pointy, and i would definatly work on the god armor, as the symbols are leaning on the left hand side of the trim.

Also, a design on the dragon kite would be cool

Just look at Bunny Kit. All Kingy uses is a pencil, eraser, his mind, and a LOT OF COLORS. It's really simple.

Eraser? Right clicking on the pencil tool is win.
