Its a big issue. I was there, and someone asked me my defence level. So i quick chated it.

Just a few fools do this. Eventually you catch them out when they say something offensive, report them to Jagex and report them to a mod on the CC

I propose a counter-rule: no calling the kettle black.

You can't really do much about someone saying the occasional stupid thing, and we all make mistakes. If they say anything offensive, then as the above poster said, just Report them or tell a Chat Mod and we can do something about it.

Other than that, just ignore them if they're being stupid
