I've always had a decent internet connection in my room, where this computer is but lately my internet has slowed down to .4Mbps... I have no idea why (I used speedtest.net) since the router is still where it used to be and the downstairs computer's download speed is fast so it's can't be my ISP.

Does anyone know what could be going on?

Get closer to it. Something may be in the way of the signal, too.

Try different speed tests also:

See if you get similiar results.

Are there any appliances that you recently put in place? Microwaves...TVs...etc that could be interfering?

I got it. It was as simple as moving the router. Thanks for the help though
