Agent F asked me questions (to see if it was a technical eror), the test turned out negative. He/She still tried to help though. Finisterra managed to see the part of the conversation where I was talking about what showed up, etc.; he then got the idea of it being an accident IP Bann, so he posted a topic in the staff-boards about it. Meanwhile, I had PM'ed Don Florty ( asking whether Sal's was working for him), and we talked. Finally Don said that he would also try to help.
So thanks guys, Sal's wouldn't be the same without you three.
