the coloring could use some improvement and frankly the lines need some work the back of the dress looks really sloppy for one, and try to use 1X1 outlines

I think you need to thin the lines a little, its a good start, just keep developing on it. You go the shape right, it's better than just a box with some other boxes coming out as sleeves.

other than that never use the solid color black for coloring...
also the shading is barely noticeable. make it more defined.

I dont like the black one, you should add some dark gray to that to give it more dimension. The green one is nice though, i like the shading around the chest area, it gives it a better look.

The first one isn't too good though, the pants are very large and just looks kinda weird altogether.

If you work on the black one, and the first one a lot, this whole thing will look better.
