anyone know how to make animation like this? only for runescape and anything else.

Download Camtasia Studio. You get a 30 day free trial but after that you have to pay.
Record your RuneScape screen with it, then click Save. Save it, and you'll have the option to do numerous things to it. Select 'Convert my video' or something along the lines of that. Select Animated GIF and voila!

Animations like that would have probably been done inside Adobe Flash, however there is only a trial for that program or else it costs a fair deal of money. The process for an animation such as that one would probably be mainly motion tweening. I'm not sure what programs you could do it in, that are free. If you want to make something like flash animation, it's best to look for programs that can use ActionScript.
