Okay, I'm doing a GIMP 2 animation. When I save it (It still has some layers that are incomplete. As it has no background.) I save it as Gif. Even though I save it, it doesn't animate in like Windows Photo Gallery, or anything. I used a video and the person saved it to their desktop and then pressed preview to show the animation. So I did that and it didn't animate.

It's because you have to go to Filters --> Optimize for GIF --> and then save it as a .GIF.

Okay well...when I go to the Filters on the bar at the top I dont see Optomize...

I'm a total nub at GIMP.
