We all know that RuneScape is a truly massive space that would take freaking FOREVER to walk from end to end. But, in retrospect, how many of those areas, except for quests, would you actually spend large amounts of time visiting? This is a problem even in F2P, where Rimmington and Port Sarim are visited less times than that great aunt you have locked away in some retirement home somewhere.

And yet still, people are requesting new areas to be built, even when the existing areas that you never spend more than one or two quests in are begging for a visitor.

I propose to Jagex that this is a time when they should be building on existing areas, balancing out the combat triangle and the skiller-Pker ratio. And not to mention starting to rescue some "dead" skills like smithing. Why make an entirely new skill when you can help one that used to be the centre of the RS economy?

Mm yea i only spend time going to places that i need to go to for skilling. And i think it would be better to fix up the non used areas than creating new ones.

But i do really like new skills, summoning is a great addition to the game! So i would probably rather them make a new skill (as long as i like it) then fixing the old skills, but they're working on both anyway i think.

I think runescape should be expanded more with new dungeuns, skills, guilds, bosses, and new armor and wepeons... I don't find problems with how big it is because you can just teleport. cool.gif

I would prefer a more refined type of RuneScape, which might include new weapons or tools and what not... A couple of new skills wouldn't be required but definitely welcome. I guess I have a soft spot for the freeplay because I really do think that they could use some new things.
