If this is in the wrong section, I apoligise. No warns or anything.
Okay so anyways, I have skill-logging in my mind. And I'm just wondering, how do you make it popular?

Well, if you're a popular member that has a skill log, you tend to get more posts. But another way is to devote something big (like a tag/sig), and post in other peoples' logs. Announcing your log in your blog also helps.

Ah, okay. What about levels though? Like...will you log get more posts about a level 72 than a level 24?

If you don't think it would get many posts based on popularity, try go for a good goal and decent levels. Or you could have "Post in my log and I'll post in yours!" It works wonders.

Or just post on other's and ask them to post in yours at the bottom if it needs bumping.

A good attitude and frequent Updates goes a long way in here. Even if you haven't been on Runescape at all for a few days, you can reply to the people who have posted in your Log just telling them what you've been up to instead.
And generally people are more inclined to Post in your Log if you post in theirs.

Well if your log is popular like Da Shark Age's you can't really keep track of it.
And what (omg lol so many questions) about the popularity of the person themself? Like will a person like Somenhagen (sry for wrong spelling) get more posts than a New Member?

Good question about popularity.
I don't think that's the case. I've seen a few skill logs with many posts when the maker of it had less then 100 posts and had been in the forums not very long. I think it depends more on the significance of your levels opposed to how well known you are in the forums.
