I want the best FREE media converting software out there the main function would have to be WMV FLV and so on to MP3(audio) or 3GP(phone (for commercial reason))
and I might actually post rapidshare link to new films up if the program works well

I know that the adobe Media Encoder will change movie types, not sure if it changed audio, never tried it, but I presume it will.
I THINK its a free download from them, it came free when I got the trials, and stayed over the 30 days so I would guess it is free on the site as well.

http://www.any-video-converter.com/products/for_video_free/Any Video Converter - I use it, and it functions very well. Not hard at all to convert a video, and there's also the feature to download off of Youtube.

Does it need to be a software, or can it be a website?
Let me just warn you that you can't trust most conversion websites; they need your email just to send you the file, then they begin to send you a bunch of junk mail.

To be honest WINAVI makes the best converters, but they are not free.

Zamzar.com is a good website to use. I use it and have never gotten junk email. The only ones I get from them are the ones giving me links to download stuff.

They are, but they do take a long time, and have a lot of trouble with the mp3 files I put through it.

The link I posted
http://download.cnet.com/Media-Converter-S...4-10682993.html converts almost instantly and is great for audio files.
