With all the teleportation methods available, I can quickly get from one area of RS to another. A horse wouldn't really help me much. In fact, it may even slow me down because I would probably need to care for it. After reading a few horse suggestions over the years, including Heb0's extensive suggestion, I believe horses in Runescape just doesn't fit right. I applaud Jagex for making mention multiple times that you won't ever see horses in Runescape with the intent to ride.

Even if the horses are implemented or not, you could still doesn't have to do these horse rides.

I believe we have enough teleportation methods for now.

I think it'd be awesome implemented into the game, seeings energy gets extinguished so quickly on foot, and for people who don't have the magic level for teleports yet and have to get around everywhere on foot, it would be extremely helpful, especially in your characters early stages of development like mine is, i have to literally run everywhere and it takes so long, also in between leveling my other skills i can't just work on magic all the time for teleports, i just think it's a damn shame that all the low skilled characters have to rely on transportation wise, are teleports we cant access, also running around cities is so slow too.

I think it would be awesome to have mounts, such as horses. It could work well too. Maybe the in the hunter skill, you could catch certain animals, and use them as mounts, and you take care of them like you do when you have pets following you. I think it would be so cool. =]
