The proportion is good and the shading on the face and neck is too.

The mouth, tongue teeth and lips are too bright in comparison to the rest of the face, and the neck seems too long.
The hair also looks like straw.

Can't wait to see how it turns out.

Well unless you're skin is that colour then maybe make it brighter? In my opinion the shades are too different and make the rest of it look dark. And if you're pixel is in daylight I do suggest making it brighter. But keep it up.

Tongue and mouth i put there to save its spot haven't worked on them but yeah skin colour is a bit off I'll work on that thanks. hair was really annoying me so I just left it for now.

You got the hair looking good for now, try and blend the colours in a bit with AA? So it doesn't look so sharp? But if it's annoying you work on the rest and worry about that later.

Wow this looks amazing I like the pixel'y dots all over it, gives it a cool look.
