Magical
There's an incredibly comprehensive guide, here, which should help you in a little more detail. This normally works as well.

Where are you lost? The guide Magical linked to should explain it all. Simply open whichever spoiler contains the information on your Operating System and read through it.

If you're still having trouble, specify exactly where it is. Is it with taking the screenshot? Pasting it into a document? Somewhere else?

After pressing print screen open up a program such as microsoft paint and press "V" while holding the control key. The screenshot will appear in the program where you can edit and save it.
