The anatomy looks nice, unique too, never seen a fat kit (then again - I don't venture into these parts much), shading however could use a bit of work, some dithering would help. All in all, looking forward to seeing the progression with this...Fattys Kit...

Maybe make the shading tone a little lighter, so the dithering aint that noticable, apart from that I think you should defently make it into a kit! I've liked all your other kits, so I bet this will be great hehe keep it up!

I think making a kit would be a good idea, but I would request to merge it with a current bunny kit, instead of making it's own fatty kit
