Everyone likes Hulu, right? Well now there's an app so that you can watch Hulu straight from you desktop. It's a program like Windows Media Center, Boxee, Apple TV, etc, but for Hulu.

Could this replace TV? Probably not, but it sure looks decent.

Hulu is currently for Americans only (I think) that has almost all the popular TV shows (Lost, Fringe, SNL, etc.) online for free to watch. There are commercials like normal TV so that you can watch it for free.

This is just a desktop application so you can watch them without a browser.

I got really excited when I downloaded it and it opened and then it said it didn't work in the UK

So.. Mine isn't working. Are there any known bugs for this?

I really like it, all I have to do is type Hulu into spotlight and up it comes. Great.

One problem with this is that it uses Flash, which (to my knowledge) renders with the CPU, so it's a good idea to have at least a dual core.

I don't like Hulu. You can get the same quality with an XVID encoded format, or a H.264, w/o commercials, than having to have Hulu. Hulu seems like a nice concept, but they don't have it totally grasped.

Anyways, too bad its for American's only, I would watch it behind a proxy, but they are pretty slow.
