1. The image is JPEG, meaning it's harder to recolour.
2. You didnt take time on this recolour anyway
But, go get gimp, and take time

I took like an hour or so to re-color this.

Yes, GIMP. GNU Image Manipulation Program. It's basically a free, but not-as-flexible and wide in range, program like Photoshop.

Looks very messy, and not well shaded at all.
In fact, no real shading done at all...

There is a more effective way to recolour in Paint:
Have the colour you want to replace as your primary colour.
Have the colour you want to recolour with as your secondary colour.
Select the Erase Tool.
Start erasing using the
right button of your mouse.

im not gonna lie thats one of the most horrible recolor iv ever seen.
take there advice use gimp or follow the instructions mario gave u

I'm not gonna lie either, I don't know how to use gimp. No offense, but I don't think you could do better.
