Ah, those were the good days. The graphics Runescape had back in the day are one of the reasons I loved it. Don't get me wrong, I like the new graphics, but the old ones were just special and make me feel all warm inside when I see them

Anyone have pictures of falador and barbarian village before their graphical updates 4-5 years ago? I remember i played runescape at my friends house for the first time and i saw the old barb village with the huge wooden thing in the middle, then the next day i joined and they updated it

It is really interseting to see how Runescape has devoloped over time. I still remember how all the cities looked like before they were updated. To be honest, I still prefer the Varrok fountain that they had over the new one. I think I started playing in late 2005. Great pictures. Brings back old memories.

Memmories...... i'll see if i have any pictures. I dont even know if i knew how to take screenies b4 the graphical change but i'll try to find them. I have alot of raw footage of videos that were in like 2006-2007. My youtube channel even has really old footage on it.

Barb. Village was updated around the Stronghold of Security's release (I think) and before the SoS was released, there was a building structure (can't remember the exact name for one of those) in the middle. Theres an image of it somewhere in this topic.

*Phew* That sure took a while to upload! Very nolstalgic. I miss the good ol' Runescape graphics. Our characters are fat now compared to what we used to be like. (Before anyone rants about me ripping pictures off the digsite guide, I wrote that guide so technically these are my old RS pictures)

Anyone have pics of the Runescape I know, the classic one? These all look new-ish to me (obviously not as new as now) but I havn't played since everything was 2D.

My empty bank collection from when I shared my account Powerninga88 with my brother. Remember that back in those days seers bank was nearly full in every world, as there was no ge, same with most banks, so these are pretty big.

It's fun to remember how things were. It would be cool if they changed everything for one day (I know that this would be extremely difficult and will never be done).
