I finally finished all my homework so I decided to do a pixel to take my mind of school for a bit.

V2, spent about 1 hour and 30 minutes adding windows and a road.


Any tips to make it look like the road isn't slanting downwards?
The grass made it look slightly better, but it's going to mean a lot more work.

maybe a more definde light source will help with the road

change the angle of the stripes on the road.

Looking nice so far. The structure of those two blocks on my left of the building (creating that gap), looks interesting. It's the road that stands out though (the lines that is). As you said, it does look like it's slanting downwards. Extend the inner side of the road stripe (closest to the building), so that it goes a tad further than the outer. I'll let a 'pro' if you might say, help seeing as I'm nothing of a citizen in these parts. There's another minor mistake that caught my eye:



You mucked up the line there slightly, nothing big, just noticeable to me. Otherwise, it's looking good.

I think I've fixed the odd line.

I also tried to fix up the road stripes. I think it's done the trick, but I'm going to have to fiddle around with the placement to get it right.

The stripes on the left look alot better, but the ones on the right still look a little off to me.
