I've had this lying around some time and I thought I might aswell get some CC from here.
I did it along the way, with no clear idea. This truly shows how my mind is screwed pfft.gif

At the moment I need to finish the grass and possibly insert more detail. The back is supposed to be an abyss, so the edge has to stand out more.

Thats pretty good, with the grass I suggest using the pencil tool, have a couple shades of that colour of grass ready and just use small strokes upwards to make the grass look real. Make the different tone of grass random when you stroke, it takes time but if done right it should look better than just copy and paste

But yeh, my guess is that it's a torn building. If it is, you should make it more apparent. I don't understand what the arrows are but the shading confuses me. It seems that only the wooden stakes and the wall have shading and one of the wooden stakes on the right side (the second one) totally contradicts the light source (wherever it may be). The grass is good, I took the time to just quickly cut and past the grass you pixeled around and got this :

I'm just saying.

Edit: Said Dynamic pages weren't allowed or something, so I'll just post the link.

Edit2: Oops, should've changed the file name.
