Heh, I've gotten much better at digital artwork, wouldn't you say? I'm even thinking of using PhotoShop soon; what do you think?

EDIT: Forgot to mention, it was late at night when I was coloring it, and I f*cked up at the left ear. I'll probably fix it later; so don't mind it.

The lighting is reversed. The lightsource should be coming from the bottom left.

No. that's not right. The darker of the two colors is the effect of the light. The color of the light is reflecting onto it hence giving it that color effect. The shading is actually the lighter of the two colors.

A GIANT BRIGHT LIGHT is obviously darker than a shadow.

No, you see son, the light hitting the object should then make it lighter, and on the oposite side darker. On this image it is reversed.

But the overall image is quite good. I like the drawing but i think you should spend a lot more time on the coloring, the solid pink might be passable for a cartoon but i would shade more and put more detail in, like the odd tuft of fur. And the background is just plain lazy in my opinion tongue.gif
