This is my second pixel. He looks better than he did in the first pixel!

Good job overall, but the pillow shading makes him look like a gradient, so in your next pixel try not to pillow shade. There's no dithering and each color seems to be in a 2*2 square rather than 1*1 and that's most likely the reason of the pillow shading. Also, forgot to blend the colors on the hat- so it's still has a black outline. Now I understand this may be your style but remember, it takes a few pixels for a person to find their true style.
