This is a very good drawing, but it's not perfect (like everything else on Earth)
First of all, her eyes are just slightly too big. I know manga style means big eyes, but her eyes are just too big. They make the rest of her face look strange.
Secondly, her hair is great on the right, but on the left it looks blocky and seems to not be fazed by gravity!
Lastly, her ears are too small, which compounds the problem with the eyes.
Don't get the wrong idea though. I love the drawing! I just get picky about details when something is very good!

Wh-Wh-Where's her shirt???
Great work Kingy, I am sure many people'll be getting some warns cause they can't offer any CC. No flaws that I can see! Looking forward to the rest of her...

Nice drawing. A little critism though.
As said before, ears too small, eyes too big. Also, her eyes are a little too far seperated from eachother. It's almost like her eyes are on the side of her face. Like a bunny, you know.
Rest is fine. Maybe her neck is a little small, but hey.

Beautiful drawing. I feel her eyes are very well proportioned for the style, unlike Dragut. It's not the most mangaish of drawings, but it's great

Wow. I don't think the eyes/ears are out of shape, and I love the perspective. If you fix the eyes so that they'll look straighter, I'm sure you can make it your unique style. The hair is of nice style, but it's a little uneven. And, what's that little blank spot between her hair and her face on the left side? If it is the ear, try a little shading to make it look like it is hidden. In fact, do some basic shades where appropiate to make it have more life.
Overall, it's great!

Not bad, not bad, but there's something about the shape of the face and the hair that makes me want to giggle oh-so-eloquently.
