It was the summer of 2004, in Las Vegas, that me and a couple of my friends decided to venture out into the desert. I got a tipoff from another friend of mine who said he saw a fenced off area of the desert, presumed to be the fabled Area 51. He marked it on the map for future reference and I asked him for it. I asked a couple of my friends to accompany me there cause I wanna get a good look at it. I was an inquisitive teenager and there was no stopping me. I just had to go. Both my mind and my heart told me too so I called up a couple of my friends, told them to meet me in the desert at 8, took my best camera and borrowed my Mom's taser, telling her that it was for an experiment involving lizards, electricity and night time. I also told her that I would be back by morning.

Personality: Silent around most people, talkative around friends.
Special Skills (lockpicking, hacking etc.): Hearing, which can be an good thing (Really soft phone ringing in a bag) or a bad thing. (High pitched sounds hurt a lot)
Background: Around 3rd or 4th grade, he had to move from the US to Asia for 4 and a half years. Came back after dad lost a job. His necklace reminds him of his friends of Asia, his pick reminds him of the one he loves. Both are his treasured items.

Background: his dad fixed cars for a living but he stole the cars. His dad is serving 5 years in prison. He lives in an apartment. His dad taught him how to fix cars and be sneaky. Became very religious after his dad went to jail.

A couple of teenagers are going to break into a large military enforcement center researching about aliens?

The only thing you guys have is a taser that can help defend yourselves.

I'm sure there's gotta be an armory somewhere in there though, so a taser is good enough I guess.

First of all, don't insult my mom's taser.
Secondly, were not gonna use guns. We don't want murder charged against us.

Also is wearing a plain black shirt. Wears a ying-yang pendent around his neck, tucked behind his shirt, thou.
Personality: Cold, Loner, has few friends. Those he has, he protects. He talks to friends, but not an extreme ammount.
Special Skills (lockpicking, hacking etc.): Stealth, from martial arts training.
Background: John does not talk much, at all about his backround. He keeps quiet about it, and about almost everything to strangers. He talks with friends. Tests at school showed John to be a genius. He completed every school assignment, and turned it in on time. He rarly spoke in class, only talking with friends, and only after school hours. He spent every day from age six learning martial arts (all types).

For the special skills, I think a normal teenager like the ones we're playing should be more... normal. You know, most teens aren't stealthy or have as much skill as whats described here.

Okay, everyone has amateur level skills. E.g I'm good at Marksmanship but not as good as a military trained sniper.

Yeah, the three of you are accepted.

IC: Laying down in a prone position atop a hill, he examined the compound with binoculars. He noted that there were eight watchtowers with spotlights and two soldiers positioned on each. From the looks of them, they seem to be half asleep. He then turned his attention to the chain link fence surrounding the compound. A lone soldier was smoking near the chain-link fence, his back to it. He could also make out a small hole in the fence. "Alright guys. I see a hole but there's a guard. What should we do?" asked Chris.

"I suggest we wait for the soldiers to fall asleep, if they even are half asleep."

Reo clapped his hands together to reveal a dead squished mosquito.

"By the way, have you seen the size of these mosquitos? I should've sprayed some anti bug spray on. The asia mosquitos were bad, but really, do you need them this big? "

IC: "Keep your voice down." John said creaping up behind the pair "These guys are soldiers, if they ever fall completely asleep, their boss will have their heads on his platter before tomorrow..." John paused for a moment, thinking "What we need is a plan to lure that soldier away from the fence."

"We could get a flashlight we don't need or something, then throw it to an opposite direction or something."

Reo slapped his legs, and to the ground dropped 3 dead mosquitos.

"Nasty little-"

IC:

"I don't have a spare flashlight. Maybe this rock'll do," said Chris. He grabbed hold of a small pebble by his side and eyed some bushes nearby. Closing one eye, he stuck out his tongue and threw it into the bushes. The soldier, half asleep, opened his eyes and headed for the bushes, his flashlight and machine gun pointing straight into it. "Come on guys! Nows our chance." said Chris as he silently slid down the hill.

Reo imitated the Goldeneye theme song as he slid down the hill.

"Can I have the golden gun now?"

IC:

"Ach! Some sort of nettle or cacti is on this hill!!! How long do you think the soldiers will be occupied for?"

IC:

"Long enough I hope," whispered Chris. He reached the hole and was about to go through when he saw that the guard was going to turn around. "Holy shi..." said Chris as he dived into a bush. The soldier, hearing the sound of leaves rustling, went over to investigate.

Reaching the end of the hill, Reo unhooked his necklace, took off the scorpion-like figure, and ran towards the guard.

Holding it out like a dagger, Reo jabbed it into the guards skull from behind, knocking him out cold.

"Come on, Chris." whispered Reo.

Poking his head out from under a bush. Chris saw the guard lying on the ground. He walked over and took his pistol from the holster. "A Desert Eagle. Sweet!" exclaimed Chris. He put the gun in his backpack and began to crawl through the small hole. "Alright. From a couple of fan sites I found on the web, the real facility is underground. See an elevator or an important building that could house an elevator?"

Reo took a few minutes to connect his necklace back together and wear it.

"Personally, I think that any building here could house a number of elevators, not to mention guards guardin' doors."

Reo took off his hoodie to reveal his longish hair, reaching the bottom of his neck, but curving inwards. "Dang, I gotta wash soon."

He looked over at Chris' new acquired Desert Eagle, and asked "Hey, are you gonna carry that around everywhere in your hand, or do you need a carrier?" Reo pointed at his bag. "Also, what do we do with the guard body? I doubt he'll be out that long."

IC:

"Yeah you take it," said Chris as he passed the Desert Eagle to Reo. "Help me get him in that crate and nail it." Chris started picking up the guard's legs.

IC:

Aaron picks up the other end of the Guard's body and helps Chris put him in the crate. "He's not exactly light, is he?"
Aaron thinks for a second, and then he says "Mightn't he suspect something when he wakes up?"

IC:

As the soldier was lowered into the crate, he suddenly started to came to. "Where am I?" he asked. "Why, your dreaming. Now go back to sleep." replied Chris, slamming the lid of the box on the guard's head knocking him out again. He picked up a hammer and a box of nails nearby and nailed the crate shut, careful to let one corner slightly open to provide air.

"I'm sure that'll create quite a ruckus for the other guards around here once he comes to again. You know, shaking box or such." said Reo as he zipped up his bag.

"So... Any leads?"

Benny dances infront of the soldiers and then gets shot

"Haxor is ded we can has pleh gaems nao" Said Reo in a creepy monotone.

He shook his head, and snapped himself out of it.

Well, this really changes my opinion of Area 51 quite a bit. Here is my character application.

Name: Jennica Raleigh
Gender: Female
Age: 17
Appearance: Jennica is Caucasian, short, and prefers wearing a loose blue blouse and skirt. However, her willowy build conveys the wrong message quite often.
Personality: Arrogant and cold, but puts on a blandly timid mask for show.
Special Skills (lockpicking, hacking etc.): Jennica's knowledge in medical areas exceed a normal person's due to her father's occupation, and she won the city-wide judo competition when younger.
Background: Her father is a celebrity forensics pathologist. Her mother died in childbirth. Jennica grew up neglected, but mature as a result.

'Cepted.

IC: "Lets check out that one," said Chris, pointing to a building with jeeps and trucks infront of it. Two guards were smoking and talking to each other near the door. "Lets see if we can find a back door or an open window." Chris crawled through the hole, scratching his arm on a piece of wire. "Ouch. Pain, pain. I'm gonna die." panicked Chris, sucking on his scratch which started bleeding.

Reo crawled through the hole, arm scratching the same wire, though he had long sleeves.

"Cmon." Reo jogged low enough to get behind one of the jeeps surrounding the guards. He took out the DE. "If only we had a silencer."

Ooc: Hum, what shall I post as my first IC?

IC: Jennica followed, nimbly avoiding the wire. "I could take them out easily," she suggested quietly. "It won't be too hard if I move fast enough."

A soldier coughed and spat on the ground. Several others stirred in sleep.

"Funny how unguarded Area 51 actually is. I was expecting infra-red sensors, at the very least."

IC: John crawled through the hole. "Give me that!" John hissed snatching the Desert Eagle from Reo's hands. Keeping his voice dangerously quiet and calm, John continued "Are you nuts? We are NOT going to be shooting someone tonight. Those guards are kids like us, only THEY are SUPPOSED to be here and WE are NOT." John quickly removed the cartridge from the pistol, then checked to see if there was a round chambered. There was, and John removed that too. Then John pocketed the cartridge and the bullet and handed the Desert Eagle back.

"Hey! I wasn't going to shoot it anyways. Besides, our 'ninja' friend already took them out."

OOC: (Why is her character so stealthy for a teen? If she won a judo competition before, I'd say she'd get at least a little more rusty from age. I know IRL I did. I used to take karate, but now I can barely do what I used to do.)

IC: "You're giving that back soon." Said Reo, as he pointed to John's pocket.

Reo started towards the door.

Ooc: I took Karate lessons when I was younger, too, and I can still take out quite a few people if I tried. Would you understand 'won the competition when she was younger and still in practice?' It would explain some things.

IC: "If I'm going to dodge bullets, it's going to be a bit harder. Can you please provide some distraction for the guards? I want to cause as little damage as possible," Jennica requested, frowning slightly.

IC: "You wanted your pathetic trinket,... you can keep it..." John replied "However, you are not getting the bullets." John turned towards Luna "I am not going to help you. You want to get yourself killed, be my guest... I said I will not help, I will watch thou. You think just because you have had some training you think these guards are going to be a pushover? Most of us here have had the same, if not better training... They have had training too... And guns... We actually need a plan, not just rambo woman."

Ooc: Very nice, John Adams. Gods, this is hard.

IC: Jennica pointed to Reo. "It wasn't my idea. I'm just going along with it. If you want to snap at someone, I advise you use him instead."

OOC: Hey, I just noticed Luna was in Pudong. I used to live in Pudong, but I moved. Also, since we're supposed to be friends, I'm going to make up some uber minor backstory. If it doesn't work, I'll change my post.

IC: "No wonder you guys are loners. You gotta lighten up a bit."

Reo gripped both Jennica and Johns shoulders.

"We've had laughs before. Stretch your mind, and think about them times."

*mumblegrumblethebulletsmumblegrumble*

IC: "Remove your hand." John said to Reo while John put one hand into the pocket with the bullets in it to check if they were still there. They were. Keeping one hand secured over them, John continued. "You are not getting the bullets back."

IC: *whispers* Keep yer voices down, there's a guard on the far side checking..."

Aaron then turns around to face Jennica.

"And Jennica, why do you wish to attempt to dodge a bullet? It'd probably get all of us killed and found out."

"Ever thought of dodging the bullet ninja style, like jumping over it, landing behind a guard and snapping his neck or something?" Reo said to Aaron.

"By the way, I wasn't trying to steal the bullets back. I'm tryin to get you to lighten up. Guess I haven't learned that you have one thick brain." Said Reo, turning around to John. "Remember John, all it takes is a quick snap-" Reo snapped his fingers at this point, "and a change of heart to not be a jerk. Dig deep into your memories, you know? Well, you don't have to snap, I guess, but it helps." He continued snapping his fingers in Johns face.

Reo stopped snapping and stood back up, shushing anyone making noise.

A quick pause later, "Footsteps coming from the door. Any chance you can perform those ninja moves Jennica?"

IC:

"Quick, behind the boxes!" whispered(?) Chris. "Jennica, now would be a good time to do those moves you learned."

Reo stood up as far as he could before the guard could see him, gave a salute, and said "Show me ya moves!" in a very demanding voice. *COUGHCAPTAINFALCONCOUGH*

Then ducked back down.
