Hi. I would like to know what is the most efficient Mpeg4 ( mp4) converter for youtube videos. I need this in order to place Videos onto my Playstation Portable. Thank You in advance.

I use this and it's the best one I've used to date.

It's the same as mediaconverter.org, but offline and faster.

i use a program called xilisoft...been awhile since i used it though.

Have you tried Handbrake?

Last I checked that was for ripping DVDs.
