Today, we've made a number of changes to the Grand Exchange feature on the website.
First, the lists on the main Grand Exchange page are now computed by their average daily price change over the last week instead of a single day. This should mean that very low-priced items that rise by 1gp should now no longer appear, which wasn't particularly useful information.
Next, we've amended the time periods that graphs can show. There are now options for 30, 90 and 180 days (the 7-day graph option has been removed). We've also removed the 5- and 20-day average lines from graphs.
Finally, the ‘Most Expensive’ and ‘Most Traded’ lists have been removed for two reasons. One, they very rarely changed, so were not particularly interesting, and two, to make room for us to extend the ‘Biggest Price Rises’ and ‘Biggest Price Drops’ lists.

Ah, I was wondering why people in Runescape were griping about "The Grand Exchange changed!".

It was always cool to see the most traded items. Too bad they removed it.
Last time I checked, there were over 26 million maple logs in the grand exchange

Nice to see these old things that were pretty boring removed, and looking forward to the new updates!

I wish they kept the 7 day graph. It's much easier to read than the 30 day graph when all you want to know what the price is today compared to yesterday or the day before. I'm not too sad about the removal of the 5 and 20 day averages, as I never really understood those.

I did, however, enjoy the most expensive list.

Who cares if the Biggest Price Rises and Biggest Price Drops lists can extend on the first page? All you have to do is click on them and the whole thing opens.

Maybe to make Price Manipulation and Merchanting harder?

Good and bad update for some, I don't really care for me though.

Damn... that's a lot of chopping

Sadly, I can't use my computer today, so I am stuck with my PSP and won't be able to play

and see the changes.

The "Most expensive items" list was the only one I used and now it's gone. I can't say I'm particularly happy with this update, I just can't see the purpose of the 180-day and 90-day graphs since predictions can be made easily from a 30-day graph.

I can't say I appreciate this Update much. Apart from the nostalgia of a 90/180 day Graph, what other use is it really going to have? I can understand 5 and 20 days going, but I think 7 days is a mistake. I used it alot

I miss a few of the old things from that page, although the 180day graphs are quite interesting

I'm not sure if i like this update, i don't see how the most expensive and most traded items were not interesting.
Btw they should make a similar item box to make things easier.

pretty good update...maybe not sure about the most traded removal, it gave some ideas as to market size. But longer histories are very useful for me

Gf Merchanting. I'm really annoyed about this update, can't even know how much a certain item has gone up in price overnight.
Hope this changed back how it use to be.

I miss the most traded and most expensive charts. It was always interesting to see things that I know I'll never be able to buy.

90 day and 180 day graphs are nice... I would still like the 7 day one too though

And I'm not happy at all about the most expensive items list being gone :@ I used that more then anything else, almost all of the items i wanted to look at were on that

The new layout is perfect, i never cared about the most traded items anyway

They shouldn't have removed the 7 day option though.

Aww. Loved what they removed, love what they added. Didn't have to get rid of 7 days completely, maybe just don't make it the default graph you get... Ah well.
