Hey everybody, I've decided to learn Photoshop again. I used to be really good at it but I forgot how to do a lot of things. Does anyone know of any good Photoshop CS3 tutorials? (I don't like CS4, so I'm using CS3).

Photoshop-tutorials.deviantart.com might be a good place to start.
Good-tutorials.com and pixel2life.com also have some great tutorials, but broken links occur a bit too often.

When I used to do photoshop, Pixel2life was very helpful and would help me quickly. I suggest you try that.
