If you are having trouble with screenshots, I'll tell you how to take and crop them. On the right hand side of the keyboard, there's the key "Print Screen". Click that when you want to take you screenshot. Once you've taken your screenshot go to start>All programs>Accessories>Paint and once paint has loaded click "Control v" and your image should appear. Save it, and then go to google and download "Gimp". Now you should crop your image until your satisfied, once you are, click enter. After that, go to
