Seeing as some people here use Twitter, I guess it'll be a nice thing to have. smile.gif

However, I'm aware that in IPB3 there's already a status field for profiles?

If this is possible, it would be something I would greatly appreciate, as I often put things on Twitter that I'd like to have in my blog, it's just that Twitter is faster to use. When I want to post multiple things a day, I don't want to post multiple blog entries a day or just post one large entry at the end of the day, as I want to say things in the beginning, middle, and end of the day, rather than confining everything to the end.

I'm not exactly sure how the status field on IPB3 works, but, if I'm guessing correctly, wouldn't once you change your status, you wouldn't be able to see what you had there before? If there was a Twitter content block, you would be able to see the last few things that person put on Twitter, not just one thing.

There's an option to enable a Twitter content block that looks like it'd only take a could of clicks, although looking around it doesn't seem particularly responsive...

Scroll down and you'll find the Twitter content block which seems to sit in a 'Loading' mode for too long. pfft.gif

I like the idea, it's just finding something that works.

It seems like a good idea. I'm not exactly a fan of twitter but it would be very handy for some users, if it worked.

Twitter is very popular, so I guess this would be a good idea for people who actually use it on a regular basis.
