Alternately, you could use the [topic] tags like you were trying to originally. Looking at your current signature, I see that you only made a small mistake in the code. You forgot to put the thread number in. So instead of:
CODE

So it would be:CODE
[url="http://runescape.salmoneus.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=251212"][img]http://i25.tinypic.com/67jsz7.png[/img][/url]
