A new rule should be added concerning stealing pictures and media, in Clan Central.

I doubt those screenshots belong to them. They have under five members.

Oh, right. And the name is kinda hateful.

Having doubt isn't grounds for any action; we would need conclusive proof to take any action against the clan. With conclusive proof, we already have a rule which would allow us to remove the images: "You may not post any content that is not your own" (from the Copyrighted Content rule).

And while their name could be considered hateful by some, I don't think that we could get them for that. As long as they aren't spreading hate (by encouraging hateful actions), we can't do anything about it.

Yet, a clan named The Nazi Party of RuneScape topic was closed. Can't you do the same here?

As for the photos, can't we just do the math? A clan with five members doesn't have twenty members. It's that simple.

They can name their clan however they want, but if their clan name is simply offensive and can cause flaming, moderators can banish the clan off the section. If you don't like the clan, then don't even look in it or post at all.

It's possible that the clan lost a lot of it's members and now has only 5 members.

The clan just started up, I know the leader, me and him go way back. His clan just broke up recently, and he just started that clan. I used to be in the other clan, and I can confirm that none of the pictures that he used in his original recruitment thread are legit.

Anyway, I think that a reminder of the copyrighted content rule should be put into place in Clan Central. It's a key place where someone would steal another person or clan's pictures.

Why not make a reminder of the spamming rule, the flaming rule...and the "new members can't post pictures and/or links" rule and the dozens that also get broken frequently there.
