Well, I downloaded an HD version of Spice and Wolf II Ep 01, but it is in Japanese and without subtitles. There are already some low-quality subtitled .FLV versions out there, but of course, I cannot get those subtitles. Is there an easy way for me to copy down all the subtitles from the .flv, and create correctly timed subtitles within the .MKV file?
