well i need help with the glowing line wrapping around objects and i cant find it on Google i know how to make glowy lines but not around object like this picture below

You use the pen tool to do it. Google pen tool tutorials or look on deviantart.

then you enter like pen tool tutorial in the white text box thingy

then you press the search button thing alright

it's just a soft brush, most likely around 5px. You can use the pen tool to do it, but it's pretty pointless as it's more work. Just make a new layer > use your mouse (tablet preferred) and make the lines with a soft brush. Add an outer glow, erase the parts you want "under" the render/stock and you're done.

If those were done with the pen tool then the person needs some serious practice. Although like I said, I'm sure it's just a soft brush with a tablet.

Pen tool gives the line its perfect curves. Going free hand wont look as good as the Pen Tool used right.

Just for future reference...dont try to google tutorials...most of the time you'll get a bunch of crap you dont want. Go to Pixel2life.com, its a proffesion graphics website with a really active forum support and links to thousands and thousands of tutorials for just about every graphics program.

Both would require some degree of skill.. I dot have a tablet but I am pretty good with the pen tool.
And it really isn't that hard to do something like that
