I was wondering if i could get the sub-black skin for my IPB forum.

On the footer of that skin it says the original version was by spectre, and links to http://www.gamerhaven.com/index.php
It also says something about the current version and links to this email address: dreamcaster@pctechtalk.com
Other than that, it doesn't say much, and I'm too lazy to Google it for you.
