From time to time, we like to open up a forum thread to give you, the players, the chance to come up with specific ideas to add to the game. We then put our favourite ideas into a poll and let the community vote for their favourite. This time, it was to name and fill the vacant pub in Ardougne, and to name a new Slayer creature.
This isn’t because we run out of ideas – far from it! - it’s so you get a chance to genuinely contribute to the content in the game. Of course, we read as many suggestions as we can every day, but running forum threads, discussing your suggestions and knowing that there would be a definite result at the end of the work is a great way to add content to the game.
So, this month, we’re delighted to add the Poison Arrow pub to Ardougne and the aquanite Slayer creature. The pub is just south of Ardougne’s east bank and is filled with a host of suggestions that all came from you! The aquanite is a level 78 Slayer creature that deals magic damage, so do take care if you’re going to visit. You’ll find them at the end of the Fremennik Slayer Dungeon, past the kurasks – you can’t miss them.

In other news...
You will now be properly classed as being 'in combat' when you are attacking someone else, even if you've not been attacked back. Also, if you teleport while in combat, you will now lose 20% of your Earning Potential (EP).
Korvak in the Runecrafting Guild has had his chat improved to make it easier to ask for help with any essence pouches you may have on you.

- The red dragonhide coif now better matches the rest of the dragonhide items.
- Dagon'hai robe bottoms have been fixed to look better when fishing.
- Updated the model for Third Age armour to not stretch when doing various emotes or riding on a magic carpet.
- Added sounds to help you determine when your Barrows equipment gets broken.
- Changed a few wrong notes in the Autumn Voyage song.
- Tightened checks in the Fremennik Trials quest.
- Corrected some grammar in the History of Iban book.
- Rewrote some of the code in the Red Raktuber quest.
- You should always receive at least one of your selected reward item(s) from Mobilising Armies.
- Stealing Creation knives now work properly with ogre arrow shafts.
- Fixed an issue with the circus tent occasionally disappearing.
- Removed the 1-3 versions of charged amulets of glory from the Grand Exchange.
- Corrected "Chief Tess" when talking to the player.
- Stopped people walking through a wall on Lunar Isle.
- Added some messages in the Rogues’ Den to the spam filter and tidied up some code at the same time.
- Gnome kit has been renamed to give you a bit more information about it, such as the colour.
- Standardised the holiday unlock information in the music unlock hints.
- Fixed the mouse-over for the beast of burden deposit button on the bank interface.
- The skill guide now talks about Third Age items in a singular sense.
- Updated a bit of map near the jade vine in the jungle to look better on the mini-map.
- Fixed typos in One Small Favour, The Curse of Arrav and Legacy of Seergaze.
- Rewrote some of the evil tree code, so that it can't interrupt players at random moments.
- Fixed some remove roof issues near the west exit of Yanille.
- The gates to the Legends’ Guild now show the same gates when opened.
- Some of the tutorial text referred to the old icons on the various stone tabs.
- Removed a few 'safe' spots on PVP worlds.
- Your combat range is now correctly displayed if you're at the very top of the Wilderness.
- Changed a few unlock hints to more closely match their quest names.
- The messages you get when using a knife on cursed logs is now more consistent.
- Removed some outdated dialog from the Mining Tutor.
- You can no longer attack other players’ familiars if they're out of your combat range.
- Fixed a label issue with the falconer's gloves.
- Slightly modified a rockslide in the Underground Pass so you can't get stuck.
- Stopped rendering issues with bricks and your character on Crandor Island.
- Capitalised Fremennik in a few places for consistency.
