I heard from someone that "Mentor a Bandwagon" deciphered as "Rag and Bone Man" why would we get sequel to it?

Yup - it's an anagram for 'Rag and Bone Man Two' looking at it... part one has to be one of the worst (least enjoyable) RS quests there is, so by making a sequel, there isn't a lot to live up to, hopefully making people less disappointed. ...there's also a reasonable chance that part two will explain why you had to do the collecting rather than just 'lol, I lied, I actually need some more bones, nub'... at which point people would lose all remaining faith in Jagex. The developer of part 1 has made some good Quests, so there's always hope!

It was a puzzle and puzzles are fun. ...until you get to the last stage, think you've done something wrong and decide to redo the whole thing, before finding yourself needing to head through the Underground Pass twice with inventories of items for a Death Talisman.

Ali the Wise is also an anagram of one of the Mahjarrat's names, so they probably are the same person. This probably signifies another quest in the Mysteries of the Mahjarrat series, most likely about Ali and his Mahjarrat-hood.

The underlined words, when put together, form an anagram of "Second".

In the bottom-left 'note' in the image, three, possibly more famous singers are listed. Music, perhaps?
*Also, Rellekka is mentioned on the top-left drawing in the picture. Rellekka is the location of 'The Fremenik Trials,' in which you play a song in the bar.

The bottom-middle 'note' lists some elements. I can't seem to get this one.
