my mates been using this account for a little over 2 years
hes had 8 months off recently and is having more time off at the end of the month (Uni commitments)
in the time hes been playing hes never been a member nor has he macroed or exploited any glitches
rate his chances at becomming maxxed f2per, he's a determined guy so time/boring/annoyance wont put him off
his statscurrently working on 99 range
Edit: would a mod please move this to the polls/survery category, didnt see that at 1st

If you really wanted my opinion, no. Yes, he has some pretty good stats for F2P, but to get that far and only have 40 Runecrafting?

Agreed. I achieved 52 Runecrafting in F2P, and seeing as he has many 99's, it should be a problem for him.

There are five maxed F2p'ers.
Syzygy was the first one to max.
He could be the next Syzygy, but he needs alot of more levels, and alot of more hours devoted to his account.
It'll be a hell of a road for him.

Is this topic about me? Oh. He has a long way to go, he's probably half way there.

Anybody could be the next maxed F2P'er, it just takes time, and patience.
Edit: Nevermind, he's not even close to half way.

Hehe, Sara (S Diamant Y) is very devoted to achieving her goals. She is currently going for 200M XP in both range and cooking.
I highly doubt your friend will beat her anytime. Simply becoming one of the top 250 F2Pers is extreamly difficult with a total lvl of 1325 needed for that list.
He is a great F2Per, and i'm sure that he has potential to become much better, I just cant see him beating Sara anytime soon.

His combat is great, but the thing is that in all honesty, combat is fairly easy, even in f2p. The skilling stats on the other hand need some serious work. So it doesn't look like he will be maxing out anytime soon...

Any f2p can become the next S Diamant Y.
He's going good so far but it's a long road.

He's nearly Maxed combat, but he needs work (Runecraft, anyone?

) But, still better than me. If he continues, he COULD max F2P, but it all depends on his determanation,

No way. With 66 prayer and 40 runecrafting he'll never be close to maxed f2p. There are already allot of guys almost as good as him. I don't know why JAgex doesn't mention:
El Popo1SyzygyDeu TeriumWater Is Nat (I played GOP with him while he was getting 99 rc, great guy.)

He's still got quite a long way to go. Definitely considering his Rcing, mining and smithing are still lacking.
Along with the times, even f2p has gotten easier (albeit not even close as much as p2p has) and overall there are a lot more people in the top reigns of the f2p levels as there was a good 2 and a half - 3 years back.
As a fun little side note: Franzk was the first f2per to hit 99 prayer and maxed out cmb in f2p. Renlong used to be one of the top 10 smithers and was f2p ages ago along with Bikini Boybo. Who was just short of the top 10.
Basically any f2per can reach the top tiers, however it takes a considerable amount of effort and time and it isn't something you do in a couple of months but over a timespan of years.

I have to say no, that account is barely no where close becoming like "S Diamnt Y", he only have 99s in his combat skills (i think) but it is going to be hell getting all 99s like runecrafting? prayer? etc

"Mates" as in "mate has". Colloquial but still used allot online.

He's 40% of the way to maxing his stats, looking only at xp. Considering the difficulty of the skills, it's closer to 20%. And his xp is only about 13% of what S Diamant Y has. It's certainly possible, and I'm rooting for him, but he's not even close yet.

If he's really determined, he can make it
Runecrafting is horrible, though. It'll be tough to train that is f2p
But definitely not going to top S Diamnt Y (she's still playing I think)
