Well I need a awesome image editor because right now I'm using "Picnik" a simple one but that's not cutting it for me, I was told about something called GIMP, I was wondering if their is a better one that's free and safe?

Gimp is basically like photoshop but free. I used it for a while now and everything is as safe as it always was. I do recommend you get the gimp, and in my opinion it is the best free program out there. There's a lot of tutorials out there for it, so you'll never be bored.

I completely agree. For being completely free GIMP is as close as you can get to Photoshop.

With the right amount of time invested you can do most of the things with it that you can do in photoshop.
