So you should know that runescape uses mouse click to move movement, Do you think that mechscape will use the same or maybe some form of arrow key movement that allows players to control where they move? Also do you think that the same form of coordinates such as standing in one spot which is a square of land or more free movement?

I think that there will be arrow key movement involved in mechscape due to all current mmorpgs having this, also I think the click to move was the movement in runescape and mechscape will have a differing system.

Mod MMG said in his clan chat a while back that they have "the best of both worlds" of mouse and keyboard movement.

I think it will have keyboard movement.

im guessing free movement with the keyboard. mod mmg said it would be more about fun than grinding.

I'd love to be able to use a PC game controller too. So that it'd be more like a console game (I don't own video games).

Arrow key's, I think that it will be almost the same as wow or AQ world's [Verry cheap mmorpg game well not for a mmorpg.]

AQW is pretty good for a free game biggrin.gif but you still have to click to move around, and it gets annoying with only ONE SET CAMERA ANGLE.

Hopefully they don't drift too far from the Runescape design. It really worked out for them.

You could say that, but I'm hoping they make parts of the game difficult and fast-paced enough to require more than just point and click movement.

MMG said they have gotten the best of both worlds... Could it be something like Flyff (yeah I tried it, it's a stupid game) where both point and click and keyboard movement work? Or is it a mix of point/click and keyboard?

We'll just have to wait...some more...
Mr Carter
Hopefully it'll be both

I'm thinking it's going to be fully keyboard operated, except for maybe... picking up items?

Actually, I don't. But I would if I could.
